Today is our Ava's 1st birthday! She was a part of the March 8th 2006 litter born to CJ and Sampson. We just wanted to let you know what a blessing little Ava has been to our lives...we couldn't imagine life without her! She is a very pampered little girl, as you will see from our pictures. Thank you for running such an amazing breeding program - without you, we wouldn't have our Ava. Thanks again, Ryan & Lisa Collins

Hi Cindy,
Two years ago I purchased Cassie from you. She was born Nov. 6, 2004. Ironically when we joined a local pet therapy group, another couple (Jim and Mary) and I discovered that they had purchased Ani from you the spring before. These dogs are fantastic Cindy. You deserve a lot of credit for their breeding. I thought you might enjoy these photos taken last Sept. at the annual AKC Responsible Dog Ownership Days. Cassie and Ani are sitting so proudly with their therapy dog bandanas. I thought you may want to use the photos on your website to show others what outstanding dogs they will be purchasing. Thanks again. We absolutely love our Cassie. Judy (Ashland)
Hi Cindy,
Remember me? My name is Ellen (with hubby Jerry) from Oshkosh and we bought your last female puppy from your November 27th 2005 litter out of "Daisy May". We wanted to let you know how much we absolutely love her! She is a perfect match for our "Mowgli" and they have become very attached to one another. We have named her "Maisy Day" after her momma and just switched the first letters around. We were looking for a name that began with an "M" so this fit her just right! Now we have "Mowgli" and "Maisy". Attached are a few pictures to enjoy!
We both feel so blessed to have received her and I am so happy that she came from such a loving home as yours. We see such wonderful qualities in her such as mellow-ness, common sense, appropriate curiosity, alertness, security, and lots of smiles! She was so well socialized on your farm that she has been a breeze to train and has great mental soundness!
Thank you so much for her, Ellen
Hi from Oshkosh and "Maisy Day We took her swimming for the first time in the pond at our family land this last weekend and the dogs had a blast. She is such a natural with water and absolutely loves it! She has a healthy respect for it but doesn't seem to have any fears. She even readily jumped off of the raft on her own! She went high through the air with a beautiful landing and a splash without any panic! She looked just like those dogs on animal planet that compete for the furthest jump into the water! She is such a solid, intelligent dog. Here are some of pictures for you to enjoy! Take care & keep in touch! I will too! Ellen

BEAR!
Hi Cindy,
Just wanted to send you some new pics of Bear. He is doing great all 81lbs of him. Loving the snow and going ice fishing with us. It is amazing just since turning 1 he seems to learn and remember things very quickly. As you can see our cat even shares her favorite chair with him, (as long as he is laying down). Hope all is well with you and your family. Feel free to use the pics on your website so everyone can see how beautiful the dogs that come from you are.
Have a great day
Robin
Bear
Bear is the one with the sweater on who I am sure was thinking "how could you do this to me mom, this sweater makes me look like a girl". Bear is a wonderful, happy dog. He loves to go running with me but always has to look back to make sure I am still there. He has even won over our crabby cat. She loves to tease him whenever she can but you know what they say about paybacks, he has surprised her a couple times which is always funny. I think his favorite thing to do is play Frisbee in our riding arena, now that he has figured out that you can't pick up the Frisbee if your standing on it. He has walked on the shoreline but wasn't quite sure if he wanted to test the water so I gave him a little help and he found out he loved it. I can't wait for summer so we can swim together. I want to thank Cindy and her family for this wonderful puppy, he has brought a lot of joy into our lives.
I forgot to tell you what Bear's full name is. It's Altor's Bjorn Behov. How did we come up with that you might ask.... well here it is: my daughters names are Ali and Tori what I tend to do when I call Tori is say Al Tori like I'm sure a lot of moms with multiple kids do on occasion. Bjorn is Swedish for Bear (my family is Swedish) and Behov is Swedish for necessity. My husband always sings to Bear that song from Jungle Book about "The Bare Necessities". Just thought you might like to know.
Thanks, Robin

Hi Cindy, Lucy Lou and Max are doing just fine. They seem to be adjusting to life with us very well. They LOVE being at our cabin in Trego and swimming with the boys. They also like it when we go fishing on the pontoon and they can take naps in the sun. I think one of my husband’s friends, Mike, is going to be getting a puppy from you. We always tell folks where we got them and they think we have such beautiful dogs. Take Care, Jo
I wanted to send you an update on our "puppy", Jack, that we received from you about 2 years ago. He is from Daisy May and Sir Reginald's May 28, 2005 litter. My three children and I were looking for the "runt" of the litter, and I wanted the laziest puppy you had! :-) Jack has turned out to be the best dog we could have asked for! He house-trained in a matter of days--he learned to ring a bell on a string on the door when he needed to go potty so he didn't have to learn to bark at the door! He does lots of tricks for the kids, and I don't think there ever was a more patient dog than Jack--my eight year old daughter loves to dress him up in different outfits when they play together, and Jack just takes it all in stride! He has been a cheerleader, a ballerina, a basketball player, a baseball player, and a vampire, to name a few! :-)
Jack goes with us to all of the kids baseball, football, and soccer games, and is learning to be very well-behaved, although he still gets very "happy" when someone new comes to pet him and say hello. He has NEVER bit or even growled at anyone, and he reminds me so much of his mother, Daisy--both in looks and disposition. He has been a great addition to our family, and my husband thinks Jack likes him best, but I know that I am Jack's favorite! :-) Thank you for providing us with such a great dog!
Please check out our family Blog to see some pictures of Jack's birthday party this year. I also have a picture of last year's party posted, as well as Jack the first day we brought him home in 2005... (you may have to click on "older posts", as his birthday was the 28th of May)
Thanks again, Cindy! (If you can figure out how to get the pics off the Blog, feel free to use them on your web site if you'd like. I am not very computer savvy...)

Hi Cindy,
This is Connie Sablich from De Pere. I am finally getting a chance to e-mail you some pictures of the dog we got from your June litter. We picked him up in July and it has been an adventure ever since!! You can see from the pictures that my son who is 6 years old loves his dog. He has never bothered any of my sons toys, and believe me, he is always leaving his toys laying around. We just finished up our basic obedience class and Buddy did really good. He is a very social dog and he loves kids. When we go on walks, I get lots of compliments on what a beautiful dog he is. I am sending a picture of our Christmas card also. I sent it to your old e-mail address at Christmastime and now realized it had changed. If you want to use any of these pictures on your website, please do. I want people to know what a great dog he is and how great he is with little kids.
Take care, Connie
Hi Cindy, here's some pics of Josie the female we picked up from your August 2 litter, she has been a great addition to our family, she is well behaved and loving and getting bigger by the day!! she now weighs 25 pounds!! she's getting almost too big to pickup already! we are very happy we choose you for our wonderful pet Josie, the wait was worth it and we all thank you for the wonderful temperament that is instilled in all your dogs. We will recommend you to anyone looking for a Golden! Thanks again, AL & Melody Rougeux, Neenah WI PS, you can use any of the pics or anything for your website
CHEVY
Hello Cindy,
I thought I would email you an update on our wonderful Chevy since he will be celebrating his second birthday soon.
He is an absolute angel (except when he is stealing steaks off the stove) and is the most patient and lovable pet. Chevy has received his good citizen and has been through several agility classes. He is a favorite at the local nursing home and has so much love to give to others. Chevy is a whopping 90lbs and when he is rambunctious...you know it! His tail is a weapon of mass destruction.
Chevy loves to play with balls and sticks and chase birds. We regret that Chevy has not got the freedom of our other dog because he can not keep himself out of the water. So we have to keep him on a long leash when he is outside. We live on a beautiful river but Chevy only loves the dirty mucky pond and after losing a dog to Blasto many years ago, I don't let Chevy loose, unless he has strict supervision, to keep him away from the pond. Once we get him in the river though, we can't get him out. He's definitely a water fiend! As you can tell, he's our 90lb lap dog. Thanks so much for our special new family member. Mindy
Cedar!
Dear Cindy,
Things are progressing well with our little boy! He is such a momma's boy. He has been doing very well. A couple of accidents, but minimal for the most part. He has some separation anxiety when he goes to his crate for bedtime. In 10 minutes he is quiet and sleeps for almost 8 hours a night now. He is great on a leash, however he doesn't want to leave the yard sometimes. Not really licky-more of a snuggler and really likes to take a nap on the couch with us.
He goes to the vet again this Saturday, I'm sure he is over 20 lbs probably pushing 25. He flushed 2 pheasants the other day and boy did he think that was something! He is very calm with big noises, gun shots, big trucks that go past etc. I think he would be an excellent therapy dog as he is so mellow. Hope you like the pics, will send more as he grows! Toni
