April
April is a miniature Jersey cow, born in 2000.  Formally known as Yard Cows.
Small, easy to handle and they love people. Miniature Jerseys do have a registry,
but April is not a pure bred, she is a Jersey/Zebu cross.
(A Zebu is a miniature cow from Africa.)
April goes with me to Head Start and other functions where people want to meet her,
she really likes to go. I'm sure its all the attention and treats.
 April took first place at the fair as a two year old in the
Other Breed category, she's now raising calves.
